  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and should remain unopened and unused.
  • The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or marked as non-returnable.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and verified.
  • In case of replacement, we will dispatch the new product within 5-7 business days after verification.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For other cases, shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy
